Positive: Good location, very pretty house and garden, quiet room with a nice view overlooking the garden, and a quiet neighbourhood.
Negative: On the driveway there is a broken metal grill at the entrance that punctured my hire car tyre as I drove up to the bnb. Luckily I had insurance and it was not a huge deal to change. I informed the bnb owner of this so they could be careful themselves and ensure they are aware so they can change it. The owner was quite defensive and denied having any issues with the drive way entrance to the bnb. I tried to explain that I was not wanting anything from them and had insurance but was just informing them so they also didn't puncture their own tyre. They were quite defensive and abrasive during this conversation and I felt quite uncomfortable through the whole encounter. Ultimately I ended up getting the tyre changed and parked on the street rather than driving back over the metal up the drive way to the bnb. Also I had issues with the shower and could not get it working in the evening but felt too uncomfortable to try to talk to the owners to get it working. See attached photos of the driveway grill metal + punctured tyre to see what I mean. I would recommend anyone who stays here to park on the street and not drive up the driveway until it is fixed and to ask the owners to show you how to work the shower when you arrive. Otherwise, it was a nice place. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I didn't feel comfortable enough to stay for breakfast and decided to leave early in the morning. I've attached photos to explain what I mean regarding the drive way.

Positive: The house was very atmospheric and beautifully decorated. There was a large garden around it with a variety of interesting plants and trees. The room was large and comfortable, and our hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The nearby town (Omagh) was also within walking distance and had plenty of good dinner options. Finally, breakfast the following morning was absolutely delicious.
Negative: Basically the only issue was that the WiFi signal in our room on the second floor was very weak at best, but thankfully the host kindly let us sit in the downstairs area for when we needed to access the internet.

Positive: The welcome was amazing. Room spotless n bed so comfy. Brkfst was delicious n great variety. Beautiful quiet serene area n not far from Omagh town centre. I arrived from Dublin by bus but had to get taxi from bus station. The cuppa coffee n biscuits on arrival was Heavenly !!!!!
Negative: I can't tink of anything that can be improved. This place seems 2 have it all. Only thing is u probably can't walk frm Omagh bus station as it would be a bit far but only few mins n cab. Then again iv got feet problems. Plenty food shops within walking distance !!!!!
Summary: Warm, clean n convenient. I hope 2b back !!!
